Project Manager

The Position:

We’re looking for someone experienced in project management, who knows enough to acknowledge there’s room for improvement. Salary is contingent on experience and work ethic, with a base range from $90k to $100k plus opportunity for bonus.

Responsibilities:

· Participate in winning business – assist in answering RFPs, potential client interviews.

· Client engagement and workplace strategy- assist in defining project goals.

· Identify, set, lead and maintain clear project expectations, goals & objectives: project drivers, benchmarks, schedules, budgets.

· Vendor procurement-assemble strong project teams appropriate to the client’s goals & objectives, including: architect, furniture, AV/LVC, security, GC, relocation services.

· Oversight and leadership during design Development, construction and relocation.

· Project closeout: assist in wrapping up loose ends and maintain strong, positive client relationships.

Requirements:

· Provide leadership, resources, technical guidance during design development phases.

· Possess strong understanding of local building codes, best building practices, trends & benchmarks within both design, construction and local building types.

· Serve as day-to-day contact for clients, providing action-oriented, clear, concise and proactive communication.

· B.F.A, B.A or M.A. in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or similar discipline from an accredited institution.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.

· Experience managing small-to-midscale corporate commercial projects.

· Minimum 4 years of experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction or Construction Project Management.

· Prior experience working within a tenant brokerage firm a plus.
