As Director, Andrew Smith focuses on forging strong, long-lasting partnerships with his clients. Mr. Smith provides strategic planning, site selection, financial analysis, and space disposition services for trade associations, non-profits, corporations, and law firms in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. As with MGA, Andrew regards sound ethics as crucial to his success and that of his clients.
Prior to joining MGA, Andrew worked for Carr Properties in Washington DC as a Lease Analyst. During his time there, he was tasked with various finance, accounting, lease abstracting, budget re-forecasting, and expense reconciliation roles. Mr. Smith has also worked for a privately held, integrated multifamily real estate services organization. Andrew’s well-rounded background in market research and lease analysis enables him to provide his clients with vital information needed to make strategic real estate decisions that align their real estate facilities with their overall business objectives.
Andrew graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a B.A. in Economics and has earned a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University. Andrew currently holds his real estate license in DC, VA, and MD.
He is actively involved in a number of local charities including Dreams for Kids and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
