Rachel Sternstein | Vice President of Operations

Rachel Sternstein, Vice President of Operations at MGA, grew up in Rockville, Maryland and knows Washington, DC just as well. As Vice President of Operations, she oversees the financial, accounting and operations strategy, which allows her to connect all aspects of the business. In addition to her oversight and management of the day-to-day operations of the firm, Rachel continues to serve as a key advisor to executive management and provides direction on staffing, performance management, employee relations and workforce planning. She focuses on supporting the needs of the team and company as a whole.

Prior to joining MGA, Rachel started her career in the Commercial Real Estate Industry working as a market research analyst. She transitioned to a more creative role in the industry joining the leasing and marketing team at Blake Real Estate. From Blake, she went on to explore her more creative side as Visual Merchandising Associate and Team Lead for Crate and Barrel. She found a happy medium back in the Commercial Real Estate Industry at MGA coming on board as Director of Operations, taking on both administrative and marketing roles. Rachel has been fortunate to grow with MGA and was instrumental in supporting the growth of the company.

Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and minor in Human Organizational Studies from Vanderbilt University.

When she’s not digging in to the daily affairs of running the company, Rachel enjoys spending her time with friends whether at live music events, Nationals games, a new workout class or just over good conversation at any meal.
