BRIAN M. CORNRICH Managing Principal
Brian M. Cornrich, Managing Principal at MGA, has spent his entire 20 year career representing tenants locally and nationally. Brian has experience working with a broad range of clients such as corporations, government contractors and technology companies but his passion and main focus is working with non-profits and associations. Brian specializes in developing and implementing complex real estate strategies to help his clients navigate the ever changing real estate market and become efficient in their use of office space to ensure his clients can manage overall occupancy costs. Brian has lived and worked in Washington, DC for over 22 years now and considers himself a true Washingtonian.
Prior to joining MGA, Brian was as Principal and leader for Cresa where he was instrumental in growing their Washington, DC office from 4 to 24 people. He also spent 13 years as Managing Director at Staubach/Jones Lang LaSalle after the merger of the two companies. Brian also spent time on Capitol Hill, first with Congressman Michael R. McNulty as a Legislative Assistant and then as an International Trade Analyst at Bryan Cave LLP.
Brian graduated from Syracuse University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
